At Vital, we offer a range of flexible membership options to suit all ages, schedules, and training goals. Whether you're looking for comprehensive access with our Full membership or prefer a more flexible approach with our Flexi membership, we've got you covered. For those seeking short-term access, our Day Pass allows you to experience our full range of classes without a long-term commitment. No matter your fitness level or availability, we have a plan that works for you.

Adults (18+)

Our Full membership allows adults to attend up to 9 sessions per week, providing maximum flexibility and training opportunities to help you reach your fitness and martial arts goals. For those with tighter schedules, the Flexi membership offers up to 3 sessions per week, which is ideal for balancing training with other commitments. Both options are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and goals.

Teens (13-17)

Teens can choose the Full membership for access to up to 9 sessions per week, allowing them to immerse in their martial arts and fitness training fully. The Flexi membership provides access to 3 sessions per week, perfect for those balancing school, sports, and other activities while still making steady progress in their training.

Kids (7-12)

Our Kids Full membership gives younger athletes access to all sessions designed to help them build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness in a fun and engaging environment. It's an excellent way for kids to stay active and develop lifelong skills.

Day Pass

For those who want to try out our classes or have limited availability, our Day Pass offers unlimited access to all sessions for one day. It's a perfect way to experience everything Vital Grappling offers without committing to a full membership.
