Train BJJ, MMA & Real Self-Defense
Structured classes Monday to Saturday. All skill levels welcome. No egos, no chaos — just disciplined training and real progression.
New to Martial Arts? Here's What You Need to Know
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
A grappling-based martial art focused on controlling and submitting opponents using leverage, not strength. You learn chokes, joint locks, and positional control. It's the foundation of modern self-defense and MMA.
Gi vs. No-Gi
Gi: You wear a traditional kimono (gi). Grips on the fabric are part of the technique. More methodical and technical.
No-Gi: You wear a rash guard and shorts. Faster-paced, more scrambles, closer to real-world scenarios and MMA.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
Combines striking (punches, kicks, elbows, knees) and grappling (takedowns, submissions, ground control) into one complete fighting system. You learn to fight standing up and on the ground.
Grappling
Any martial art focused on controlling, taking down, or submitting an opponent without strikes. Includes BJJ, wrestling, judo, and submission grappling.
